Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with offices in Columbia, KY and Salt Lake City, UT, The Siegel Group (TSG) is a diversified company focused on providing high value, low cost, innovative quality services. TSG specializes in providing project support services to the U.S. Federal Government and it’s industry partners nationwide. We are dedicated to supporting and ensuring integrity, safety, and reliability in support of our customers and their missions.

 

We have an exceptionally strong team of management personnel as well as the financial resources to assure quality performance. TSG is a cohesive unit that coordinates efforts to ensure smooth and effective contract operations from cradle to grave. Corporate staff monitor performance of all contracts, visit locations and maintain contact with our customers during performance ensuring quality and success.

Furthermore, we are cognizant of the rules and regulations attached to hiring and compensating employees working on a government contract as TSG currently provides support services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies.

Our Team

Jonathan Siegel

TSG is owned and operated by Jonathan Siegel, a United States Army combat heavy engineer veteran, SGM(RET), with over 27 years of active duty. His extensive experience includes:

  • Program Manager

  • General Manager

  • Director of Operations

  • Vice President of Operations

 

Mr. Siegel has over 30 years’ experience in the management of support services with the U.S. Federal Government and private industry. His expertise includes over 27 years of Military Staff Augmentation Services responsibility in the fields of Vehicle and Equipment Operations and Maintenance, Supply, Warehouse, and Facilities and Operations Management. He has managed a range of projects, including the support of over 8,000 military personnel and their dependents, housing ranging from 111 to 3,062 units, a 60 room hotel, and over 50 major administrative buildings. In addition, he served as the Director of Operations for a large firm from 2008 until 2015, and was responsible for the operations and performance of all contracts that in total exceeded 750 personnel. Mr. Siegel’s experience as a Program Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations for companies greatly enhances TSG’s contract performance.

Cynthia Ward

TSG’s Contracts Manager, Cynthia Ward is a Level I Certified Acquisition Professional and prior enlisted DoD, US Air Force warranted Contingency Contracting Officer. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in federal acquisition, contracts and proposals. She is responsible for the procurement, administration and management of over $38.6 million in contracts and has over 13 year’s experience in management and administration of government contracts including planning, development and execution of contract goals and objectives. She has a thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) successfully completing more than 500 hours of relevant government contracting training. Mrs. Ward provides oversight and contract management, administration, ensuring all contractual requirements are met, performance, tracking and administration in accordance with regulations. In addition, Mrs. Ward’s professional knowledge includes competency in the National Industrial Security Program, ensuring compliance with contract security requirements.

Mike Robbins

TSG’s Operations Manager And Labor Relations Manager, Mr. Mike Robbins, has a broad range of professional knowledge, skills, and abilities culminating from his 25 years’ experience as a senior DoD consultant. He offers comprehensive experience and knowledge in the planning and implementation of staffing and management strategies for successful mobilization, transition and operation of multiple DoD contracts worldwide. He has an extensive background in labor relations, federal and state regulatory compliance, benefit and compensation analysis, recruitment strategies, and general risk management. Mr. Robbins is responsible for the management and administration of requirements in accordance with contracts and company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications, while providing support to contracts, operations and corporate program management services for implementation of staffing strategies for the start-up of contracts..

Spring Edwards

Ms. Spring Edwards serves as The Siegel Group’s Human Resources Manager, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience to the organization. In her role, she is a vital strategic partner to the executive team, working closely with corporate management to support TSG’s mission and exceed company-wide goals with a strong emphasis on integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Edwards has successfully managed HR operations for more than 850 employees across multiple contracts and states, with specific expertise in the complexities of federal government contracting. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources, including benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, personnel recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and performance management.

Ms. Edwards ensures alignment with federal labor laws, SCA and CBA requirements, and client expectations, while also leading initiatives that enhance workforce morale, retention, and productivity.

Stephan Siegel

Stephan Siegel serves as the Business Developer for TSG, bringing a unique blend of strategic vision, operational insight, and front-line government contracting experience to the role. With a background that spans both military service and private sector leadership, Stephan leverages his deep understanding of federal acquisition processes, agency dynamics, and mission-driven outcomes to identify and pursue high-value opportunities for the firm. He is instrumental in shaping competitive proposal strategies, cultivating teaming partnerships, and translating TSG’s capabilities into tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of government clients. His ability to bridge technical requirements with real-world execution has been a driving force behind the company’s expansion across logistics, administrative, O&M, and records management contracts.
